Letters to Stakeholders

Francesco Pinto

Truly embracing sustainability means having the courage to change-to rethink production and consumption models and build more resilient businesses, capable of thriving over time. It means rewriting strategic priorities, investing in technologies that enhance productivity, work quality, and responsible resource use. It also means preserving the “semantic capital” we have built over time: the shared knowledge, values, and language that give real substance to the word “sustainability.” To lose this would impoverish us all-and make us even more unsustainable.

Francesco PintoChairman

Barbara Cimmino

A company’s ability to keep pace with the challenges of our time-and simultaneously generate long-term value for all its stakeholders-increasingly depends on the strength of its investments in innovation, research, and development. These are the distinguishing elements that shape our products and processes, enabling us to remain at the forefront of innovation-within Italy, across Europe, and most importantly, in dialogue with emerging powers that represent the strategic markets of the future.

Barbara CimminoHead of CSR & Innovation

Together, towards a sustainable future

Sustainability drives our business strategy and is far more than a mere environmental program: it is an integrated vision that encompasses all activities across the company. From internal processes to relations with customers and stakeholders, we promote a responsible approach that engages people and supports each phase of the employee and customer journey.
